Cause of abnormal sound produced by diaphragm coupling
Compared with the tooth coupling, diaphragm coupling has no relative sliding, no need for lubrication, sealing, no noise, basic need not maintenance, more convenient manufacturing, can partly replace the tooth coupling.
1. The interval between the two halves of the coupling is too wide, resulting in a larger axial force on the diaphragm, and the wear of the twisted hole or the twisted bolt, resulting in abnormal sound;
2. If the axial deviation of the two halves of the coupling is too large or the deflection Angle is too large, it will also cause vibration and abnormal sound when the equipment is running;
3, the active end and the passive end of the speed difference will also cause the equipment when the operation of vibration and abnormal sound;
4, the motor speed code plate failure, resulting in the motor speed is fast and slow, and the diaphragm coupling abnormal sound.
Compared with the tooth coupling, diaphragm coupling has no relative sliding, no need for lubrication, sealing, no noise, basic need not maintenance, more convenient manufacturing, can partly replace the tooth coupling. Diaphragm coupling has been widely used in developed industrial areas abroad. In practical application, intermediate shaft type is generally adopted to improve the performance of offset of two axes.
