Flange coupling product overview

Flange coupling (also known as flange coupling) is the use of bolts to connect two flange (Flange) disc type half coupling, two half coupling respectively with keys and two shaft connection, in order to achieve two shaft connection, transfer torque and movement. Flange coupling is simple in structure, convenient in manufacture, low in cost, reliable in work, easy to assemble and disassemble, easy to maintain, large transfer torque, can ensure that the two shafts have high centrality accuracy, generally used for stable load, high speed or high transmission accuracy of shafting transmission. Flange coupling does not have radial, axial and angular compensation performance. If the alignment accuracy of the two shafts connected cannot be guaranteed, the service life, transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency of the coupling will be reduced, and vibration and noise will be caused.
The bolts on the flange can be all reamed hole bolts, or half of them are reamed hole bolts and the other half are ordinary bolts, according to the size of the torque transfer.
