Diaphragm type elastic coupling :1, cleaning and checking the surface of the two half coupling, there should be no crack, wear, and the interval sleeve with the surface should be smooth, no burr, the coaxiality deviation of the two half coupling should be less than 0.003mm. 2, clean and check the spring sheet, there should be no crack, deformation. 3, clean and check the bolt, its surface should not crack, wear, deformation. 4, alignment requirements: axial ±0.03mm, radial ±0.05mm.
